The Health Services Administration & Management Program at Livingwaters College of Healthcare helps students gain the organisational, clerical, and customer service skills necessary to succeed in today’s hectic medical office settings. You will establish a professional, welcoming tone in your contacts with clients and patients as the initial point of contact. You are prepared for computer-based duties including making spreadsheets, managing mail, and scheduling appointment reminders and confirmations through hands-on training in ABELMed patient management software. Infection control, accounting, medical transcribing, OHIP billing, medical office procedures, and Microsoft Office software are also covered in our curriculum.

You will be prepared to seek job options after graduation in a variety of settings, including hospitals, doctor’s offices, ERs, community health centres, and more.
